One of the most revered parts of Idaho Culture is the potato! And for good reason. The potato is a big contributor to Idaho revenue. And Idaho is the number one potato grower in the U.S.!

Now speaking of potatoes, who doesn't love them? Fried, mashed, creamed, cheesed or baked, they are awesome (except for one's waistline of course) ;-)

So in honor of the potato, (and the baked version in particular) we are going to christen a new and innovative version of said potato. Namely the InnoTater! Yes there will be a contest, and yes, there will be recipes and a potato pub crawl.

And while we're at it, Idaho INNOVATORS are pretty tasty too. So we think we can all have a little fun celebrating the innovation culture of Idaho. (Pun intended!)
